When you are learning, many people find it is much easier to absorb information if they can read printed material and physically write, draw & highlight, stick labels, tabs etc. And since you will be learning about Wellness, it is also nice for you to have something physically hold and touch and ironically many would say that writing in itself is therapeutic! So, we have decided to go the extra mile and actually print you a real life training manual, so that your training experience is the best it possibly can be.
