In This Life primarily uses personal information for the record keeping of clients we treat and we record the treatment we provide to you and the response of your body to each treatment. This is so we can assess at each treatment, how your body is responding and tailor the treatment specific to you as required. We collect this information by completing a form each session and/by interview questioning in our pre-treatment consultation.

In This Life may disclose personal information about its clients to health fund providers for the purpose of providing provider rebates, insurance companies to confirm insurance status or the general public seeking referral. In This Life may also disclose personal information to statutory bodies such as the police for the purpose of conducting ethics or complaints enquiries.
