With Earthing, you need to top up regularly for ongoing benefits and maintenance. The benefits you experience at first can disappear when a poorly made product breaks down with wear and regular washing.  Lower priced Earthing sheets are often sold with no written warranty or guaranteed effective earthing life. You may find that you need to replace them before long. Fabric mills have offered to sell us lower cost, low silver fabric and we said no.

Our innovative product designs are made to last. For example, our sleep systems are designed as an undersheet, which protects it from wear and only needs washing every 3 months. That’s why we can confidently guarantee durability.

If you decide to return your products for a refund, they must be returned undamaged and in good working order with all cables, accessories, along with a copy of your purchase invoice. As per our care instructions, Better Earthing Sleep Systems must NOT have been damaged from washing with detergents containing bleach, whiteners, or oxidisers, as they oxidise the silver in the fabric and reduce the product’s conductivity and earthing effectiveness. If products are damaged through normal use while following our care instructions, you can return them for a full refund under our money back guarantee. Once received and checked, we’ll promptly refund your invoice value of the goods including the shipping cost on the invoice. We ask that you cover the freight cost of returning the goods to us. PLUS Better Earthing’s 2-Year Warranty

We pride ourselves on producing quality, long-lasting goods. That’s why we’ve chosen high-quality components and decided to manufacture or assemble Better Earthing products in Australia to Australian standards. We give a 2-Year Repair or Replace Warranty on almost all of our products including accessories, with a few exceptions. Earthing Wraps and Earthing Pillowcases have a 1-Year Repair or Replace Warranty as these products can be subjected to much tougher conditions. Better Earthing Mats come with a 5-Year Repair or Replace Warranty. Our warranty covers any defects that may inhibit your Better Earthing products from earthing effectively – on the basis that they are used and cared for in accordance with the care instructions in the Better Earthing product guide included with your product(s). Our warranty does not cover cosmetic imperfections that may appear after normal use and washing that do NOT affect the product’s Earthing effectiveness.

We ask that you initially cover the freight cost to return the product or any parts to Better Earthing for replacement or repair. On inspection, if we find the product is faulty, we’ll reimburse your return freight cost and cover the cost to return the products to you.
